Sr. Design Engineer
This role involves designing analog and mixed-signal ICs for Automotive Power Management Products.
About the role
This role involves designing analog and mixed-signal ICs for Automotive Power Management Products. You will utilize sub-micron BiCMOS /DMOS technologies for products such as switching regulators, linear regulators, and power management ICs for high reliability automotive electronics.
What you'll do
- Work on product definition, circuit synthesis from the transistor/resistor level up to the system level, and simulation.
- Supervise layout development.
- Participate in the entire product development cycle from product definition through product release.
- Oversee and mentor development of more junior engineers.
What you'll need
- BSEE / MSEE with 5+ years of Semiconductor and/or Analog circuit design experience.
- Understand power conversion architectures such as buck, boost.
- Understand analog and mixed signal circuits including amplifiers, bandgap, data converters.
- Understand power converters control schemes such as voltage mode, current mode.
- Understand analog layout techniques.
- Good verbal and written skills.
