About the role
This role involves designing core Analog/Mixed Signal and RF circuits for mobile applications. You will be responsible for porting reusable blocks for TX Controller IC for smartphone RF modules and making modifications to meet performance requirements.
What you'll do
- Design Analog and Mixed signal circuits using Cadence design suite.
- Port reusable blocks from one process node to another for TX Controller IC for smartphone RF module.
- Perform layout for switch driver, charge pumps, and oscillators, clearing all DRC and LVS errors.
- Simulate Comparators, Temp sensors, eFuse, and PA bias DAC voltage reference.
- Measure post silicon performance parameters using lab tools like oscilloscope and signal generator.
- Lead the design from conception to production, collaborating with module, test, and reliability engineering teams.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on analog and mixed signal circuit design.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry designing Analog and Mixed signal circuits.
- Experience with Cadence design suite.
