This role focuses on high voltage analog multiplexers for ultrasound applications, low-noise amplifier design, and power management ICs (PMICs).

About the role

This role involves designing and developing analog ICs with deep expertise in high voltage analog multiplexers for ultrasound applications, low-noise amplifier design, and power management ICs (PMICs).

What you'll do

  • Design and develop high-voltage analog MUX circuits for ultrasound transducer arrays using HV SOI technology.
  • Architect and implement low-noise amplifiers optimized for ultrasound applications.
  • Design analog circuits including LDOs, Charge Pumps, Bandgaps, Amplifiers, Drivers, DACs, Current Sensing Techniques, and other precision circuits.
  • Actively participate in the entire product development cycle from product definition to introduction, including Trade-offs among Risk Assessment, Cost Analysis, and Performance Evaluation.
  • Conduct design reviews, manage tape out schedules, and provide guidance to layout engineers on critical analog implementation aspects.
  • Perform Design Blocks Verification (PVT, Monte Carlo Analysis), Top Level AMS Simulations, and Post layout extraction and simulations.

What you'll need

  • PhD/MSEE or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years’ experience within analog design.
  • Comprehensive simulation skills in Cadence Environment.
  • Solid background of BiCMOS & High Voltage BCD Process Technology, reliability, and ESD Latch Up.
  • Strong knowledge of transistor level design and low power design techniques.
  • Solid understanding of control loop topologies (Constant On Time, Peak/Valley Current Mode, Voltage Mode control loops).
