About the role
This role focuses on the design and development of analog IP blocks for power management products. You will contribute to the development of DC-DC PMIC/POL, Multiphase controllers, Dr. MOS, AC-DC converters, LED drivers, SiC drivers, Switches, and efuses.
What you'll do
- Design and develop an analog IP block from definition to IP delivery.
- Perform design and simulation at the block/IP level.
- Guide physical designers and monitor IP block layout progress.
- Collaborate with validation, product engineering, and test engineering teams for Si performance measurement.
- Own technical outcomes for design, verification, implementation, and execution of power management IPs, including complex mixed-signal designs and control loops.
What you'll need
- Solid track record of delivering block/IP level design.
- Sound knowledge in CMOS analog design, CMOS fundamentals, and related simulation tools.
- Strong Analog IC design skills.
- Experience in system tools such as Simplis or MATLAB for architectural simulations, and Cadence Spectre for schematic capture, simulation, layout, and tape-out.
- Understanding of large power transistor (LDMOS) Design, Layout, and Robustness.
