About the role
The principal electronic design engineer will develop millimeter wave circuits for coherent applications. The role focuses on architecting, designing, laying out, measuring, and productizing SiGe and silicon-based ICs operating at frequencies above 30GHz.
What you'll do
- Take an IC from initial concept through to productization. - Lead the architecture, schematic design, and layout of high frequency ICs. - Perform hands-on laboratory characterization of fabricated ICs. - Manage projects and collaborate with test and application engineers. - Provide direct technical support to customers.
What you'll need
- Experience architecting, designing, and productizing SiGe and silicon-based ICs. - Demonstrated background working with circuits operating at frequencies above 30GHz. - Proven hands-on capability in schematic design and layout for high frequency ICs. - Hands-on laboratory characterization experience for integrated circuits.
