About the role
This program focuses on learning how ASML's complex supply chain operates and developing skills to impact its operations. It combines a sourcing and supply chain related role with a two-year development program.
What you'll do
- Support operational or tactical activities within your assigned supply chain domain.
- Collaborate with suppliers, customers, logistics partners, engineers, and/or internal stakeholders to solve business challenges.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and reliability across the supply chain.
- Develop expertise within a specific supply chain discipline.
- Participate in an intensive 2-year training and development program.
- Receive guidance from a personal mentor and a professional coach to drive personal development.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain management, or another closely related field.
- Maximum of six months of relevant work experience, excluding internships.
- Fully graduated before starting your position at ASML.
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to use data and critical thinking to solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to take initiative, demonstrate ownership, and follow through on commitments.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.
- Ability to navigate complexity with confidence while balancing stakeholder and business needs.
- Fluent in English.
