About the role
This role focuses on the design and fabrication of RF-microwave semiconductor devices. You will identify and resolve device performance and yield anomalies related to design, fabrication, or test.
What you'll do
- Identify and resolve device performance and yield anomalies pertinent to design, fabrication, or test. - Design and fabricate semiconductor devices to meet electrical and mechanical specifications defined in product datasheets. - Interpret customer specifications and translate them into material and process-specific parameters. - Provide in-process and final test instructions to characterize devices. - Evaluate, compile, and analyze test data to determine appropriate variables and limits for process and device definition. - Maintain and create supporting source control documentation using engineering information systems tools across design, fabrication, and test.
What you'll need
- Working knowledge of semiconductor materials, theory, and fabrication techniques. - Experience with the design and fabrication of RF-microwave semiconductor devices. - Experience evaluating and analyzing test data to establish process and device definition limits. - Ability to interpret customer specifications and convert them into material and process parameters. - Experience generating in-process and final test characterization instructions.
