About the role
MACOM is seeking a Senior Photolithography Process Engineer responsible for sustaining existing GaAs, GaN, InP, and Si processes and developing new photolithography processes in the Lowell, MA wafer fab.
What you'll do
- Sustain the photo area to meet all factory indicators across the wafer fab. - Plan and conduct experiments to fully characterize photolithography processes throughout the development cycle. - Drive improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity, and safety/ergonomics across material, method, equipment, environment, and operating personnel. - Develop solutions to manufacturing and process problems utilizing statistical knowledge and problem-solving tools.
What you'll need
- Experience in photolithography process engineering within a wafer fab environment. - Technical background supporting compound semiconductor and silicon processes including GaAs, GaN, InP, and Si. - Working knowledge of process characterization, experimental design, and process stability/capability improvements. - Applied background utilizing statistical knowledge and problem-solving tools to resolve process variables.
