About the role
This role involves designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for high-performance 3D NAND flash memories. You will work on low-power analog modules, interface specifications, simulation, and post-silicon validation.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, modify, and evaluate analog and mixed-signal ICs for high-performance NAND flash and 3D NAND memories.
- Design low-power analog modules such as OPAMPs and voltage regulators.
- Perform sensing operation analysis along with power and ground network analysis for precise and fast sensing operations.
- Write module interface specifications including input/output port descriptions, architecture, and operations to align with other design groups.
- Verify designs using HSPICE, PRIMESIM, and Verilog simulations, collaborating with layout and functional teams for implementation and integration.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new architectures, features, and device modes, and evaluate silicon results alongside characterization engineers.
What you'll need
- MS degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge and/or experience in non-volatile memory design, particularly NAND flash memory cell operation.
- Knowledge of digital design and RTL.
- Knowledge of analog integrated circuits design, VLSI design, and VLSI circuits.
- Experience with HSPICE, PRIMESIM, or Verilog simulations.
