About the role

This role leads the delivery of sophisticated, enterprise-scale supply chain programs at the intersection of technology, business, and compliance.

What you'll do

  • Lead IT programs for AI chip NPI, advanced packaging readiness, manufacturing execution, supply chain planning, and launch gates.
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance to define IT delivery roadmaps.
  • Drive enhancements across core enterprise platforms, including SAP, MES, supply chain planning, quality management, and analytics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across enterprise architecture, data engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and change management.
  • Deliver executive dashboards providing real-time visibility into NPI milestones, launch readiness, supplier status, and capacity.
  • Manage program milestones, risk registers, executive readouts, and vendor scope, schedules, and deliverables.

What you'll need

  • Track record leading multi-functional IT programs, enterprise systems, data platforms, and workflow automation.
  • Understanding of requirements gathering, solution design, Agile/Scrum, testing, deployment, and operational support.
  • Experience partnering with engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance teams.
  • Ability to translate complex operations into system requirements, program plans, governance mechanisms, and measurable outcomes.
  • Practical experience defining metrics, building dashboards, ensuring data quality, and presenting executive-level reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years of experience.
