About the role
As a Senior Engineer Project Management, you will lead and drive projects from initiation to closure.
What you'll do
- Lead and drive projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, quality, and productivity targets.
- Evaluate project scenarios, develop actionable solutions, monitor progress, manage changes and escalations.
- Ensure smooth project handover through robust documentation, system setup, and operational readiness.
- Manage project business case, including closing the gap.
- Continuously evaluate and track project risks, implementing effective measures for risk mitigation.
- Prepare, control, monitor, and report project status timely and accurately.
What you'll need
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in working on projects, preferably from the Semiconductor industry.
- Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
