About the role
This role involves technical project management of high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits from initial concept through prototype approval and into production ramp.
What you'll do
- Provide technical project management for mixed-signal integrated circuits, ensuring manufacturability, yield, testability, and reliability.
- Serve as the technical interface to customers and internal stakeholders across specification, design, layout, process, test, and product engineering.
- Prepare documentation for design reviews, internal discussions, test planning, and overall design.
- Supervise the design, simulation, verification, and validation of integrated circuits.
- Apply experience in circuit simulations, including PVT, Monte Carlo, mixed-signal simulations, modeling, optimization, and related analyses.
What you'll need
- PhD, Master’s, or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics with an emphasis in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
- 7+ years of combined experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design and IC technical leadership.
- Experience with MATLAB or Python for system-level simulations.
- Experience using EDA and Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) tools.
- Experience with requirements-management tools such as Jama or Codebeamer.
- Fluency in English.
