About the role
As a Senior Staff Analog Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and significant contributions to the analog design of complex power management integrated circuits.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, simulation, and layout supervision of CMOS power management circuits meeting performance, area, power, and timescale constraints. - Interpret requirement specifications to develop system and design strategies for power management products. - Take ownership of complex IP block designs, conduct feasibility studies, and guide circuits through top-level simulation, verification, and production ramp. - Lead lab evaluation in collaboration with applications engineers and partner with test teams to ensure test development for manufacturing. - Support DFT strategy and implementation while producing detailed documentation for IP blocks. - Mentor less experienced analog team members and interface directly with external customers as part of the project team.
What you'll need
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - 5 to 10+ years of analog design experience. - Demonstrated experience in CMOS power management circuits and IP block development. - Hands-on experience with analog simulation, verification, and layout supervision. - Strong cross-functional teamwork and communication skills for working with internal teams and external customers.
