About the role
As a Senior System On Chip (SoC) architect, you will define and develop complex SoC architectures for embedded products. You will work across systems, software, and design teams from requirement definition through implementation, verification, and silicon bring-up.
What you'll do
- Study system requirements for custom SoC behavior and define, review, and document SoC requirements to meet them.
- Research available IP and technology from vendors and partners to evaluate integration fit.
- Define, document, and maintain project specifications and custom logic requirements.
- Participate in design reviews to approve implementation, and review test plans to define coverage and performance targets.
- Define silicon bring-up flows and test plans, and participate directly in silicon and system bring-up and debug.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in silicon design, verification, or similar roles.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in silicon architecture roles.
- Experience with the definition and design of embedded SoC chips.
Nice to have
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Experience with Arm embedded cores and SoC components.
- Experience with SoC Network on Chip (NoC) and coherent fabric design.
- Experience with embedded SoC products such as automotive systems, IoT, robotics, and sensor platforms.
- Experience developing computer vision and machine learning systems.
