About the role
This role involves full product lifecycle ownership from concept to mass production, focusing on ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to end customers. It includes defining ATE characterization plans, device risk assessment, and mass production release for new products.
What you'll do
- Manage full product lifecycle from concept to mass production.
- Define ATE characterization plan, device risk assessment, ramp readiness, and mass production release for new products.
- Support definition of ATE test plans, including test coverage reviews.
- Generate characterization reports and define mass production test limits.
- Optimize production yield and throughput, including excursion containment support.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for Graduate/Product Engineers.
What you'll need
- University degree in technical studies (Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, Mechatronic).
- 5-8 years of experience in IC manufacturing and development.
- Background in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, wafer process, quality, applications, or design.
- Ability to drive cross-functional teams to achieve PE milestones.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement and yield improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with statistics and common data analysis techniques.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of common failure analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of ATE test development and methodology.
- Knowledge of bench characterization techniques.
- Knowledge of Data Analysis Tools (i.e., TIBCO Spotfire) and DOE methodologies.
- Knowledge of PLM tools (i.e., Agile) and methodologies.
