About the role
This role involves supporting the yield and performance of power products and driving solutions for product deviations.
What you'll do
- Monitor product yield and key device performance attributes.
- Analyze Power Device electrical tests to identify deviations.
- Drive problem-solving across multiple teams (process, flows, product).
- Respond to deviations in product lines and customer concerns, and drive to root cause.
- Work with planning to align on yield roadmap and input start requirements.
- Compile and analyze data to detect process or product anomalies.
What you'll need
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with a BS or 3 years of experience with a Masters.
- Understanding of semiconductor processes and device physics.
- Experience in semiconductor die level test/final test.
- Experience in design of experiments, statistical analysis, and process control.
- Proven track record of technical leadership.

- Advanced degree.
