About the role
This role provides onsite software application engineering support for Tachyon Process Window Enhancement and Process Window Control products at a customer site in Austin, TX. The position focuses on product recipe debugging, customer technical engagement, and issue resolution for advanced nodes below 2x/1x nm.
What you'll do
- Provide onsite Tachyon software application support to customer engineering teams through direct interface, characterizing reported issues, and delivering timely solutions. - Liaise between the Product Engineering Group, R&D, and the customer on recipe development and product recipe debugging for advanced nodes less than 2x/1x nm. - Manage customer software engagements, draft Statements of Work, define technical specifications and timelines, and run regular review meetings. - Track technical requirements, issues, and open customer cases using the JIRA tracking system. - Conduct or coordinate onsite basic training sessions for customer engineering teams. - Lead multi-month projects within small teams of 2-3 members, monitor deliveries, coach team members, and handle cross-organizational communications.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Optics Sciences, or Physical Sciences. - 4-6 years of experience with computational lithography and OPC software tools. - Previous experience with direct customer interface. - Demonstrated experience characterizing and debugging software product issues using tracking systems such as JIRA. - Willingness and ability to complete occasional international travel.
