About the role
This role involves leading a team responsible for the development of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, ensuring product competitiveness and optimal performance.
What you'll do
- Develop product specifications in collaboration with product definition and marketing teams.
- Design the product’s system architecture to optimize performance, power, and die size.
- Define requirements for individual IPs used within the product.
- Create a comprehensive analog and mixed-signal verification plan.
- Ensure high-quality product development through peer reviews and detailed documentation.
- Mentor and develop team members.
What you'll need
- MSEE with 15 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal design.
- Competence in all common aspects of analog design.
- Design experience in precision analog circuitry.
- Design experience in power management circuits and high voltage circuitry (BCD processes).
- Ability to develop system architectures.
- Knowledge of analog circuit modeling and AMS simulations.
- Understanding of IC development beyond analog design, including basic digital design flow, packaging, test engineering, quality assurance, and product engineering.

- Coaching, mentoring, and development of team members.
