About the role

This role defines and executes the global sourcing and supply strategy for assigned semiconductor commodities, such as PMIC & Mux, serving as the strategic owner of the category.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain multi-year category strategies aligned with corporate objectives, product roadmaps, and customer demand forecasts.
• Lead strategic supplier engagement, including negotiations for commercial agreements, long-term capacity commitments, and pricing frameworks.
• Drive sourcing recommendations for new programs, alternate source strategies, and supplier diversification initiatives.
• Own long-term supply continuity planning, risk identification, mitigation planning, and resolution of strategic supply constraints.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives, supplier productivity programs, and long-term cost competitiveness strategies.
• Provide strategic direction to Category Managers and Global Buyers for tactical supplier execution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of semiconductor sourcing, category management, supply chain, procurement, or supplier management experience.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing ecosystems, especially PMIC & Mux.
• Experience managing executive-level supplier relationships and complex negotiations.
• Strong analytical, financial, and risk management capabilities.
• Experience managing strategic supply continuity programs and high-impact business risks.
