Senior Engineer, Technical Program Management

About the role
As part of the R&D engineering team, you will create and drive engineering projects to completion for semiconductor equipment. The position leads cross-functional programs across product life cycle phases from Bill of Materials upload to customer delivery.
What you'll do
- Manage the Product Life Cycle (PLC) process for New Product Introduction (NPI) to meet Marketing Requirement Specifications (MRS) feature, schedule, and cost targets. - Project manage semiconductor equipment systems and retrofits through all product life cycle phases, directing toll gate exits for safety, performance, reliability, and quality. - Collaborate with PLM and configuration engineers to maintain Product BoM structures, evaluate build plan milestones, and manage CIP cut-ins. - Drive cost-reduction initiatives and develop key supplier capabilities in coordination with supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering teams. - Lead regular production schedules, forecast reviews, material requirements reviews, and change control boards. - Deliver cross-disciplinary program status updates to senior management to ensure on-time milestone execution.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical education. - 3+ years of semiconductor manufacturing and materials management experience. - Experience managing the Product Life Cycle (PLC) and associated toll gate tasks from concept to full release. - Experience in production control, forecasting, or project management. - Experience with parts and inventory management.

- Oracle or SAP experience.
