About the role
This role involves the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits for advanced DRAM products. The focus is on the design, implementation, and improvement of Complex Analog Power Management IPs in advanced semiconductor process nodes.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and improve Complex Analog Power Management IPs such as Bandgap reference, Voltage/Current reference, Regulators, Charge-pumps, and CMOS Amplifiers.
- Assist in the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits.
- Perform parasitic modeling and assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions.
- Manage the layout process, including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
- Conduct verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators.
- Work with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups to ensure manufacturability.
What you'll need
- Experience in Analog Design.
- Experience with power management IP.
- Expertise in Bandgap reference, Regulators, Charge-pumps, and CMOS Amplifiers.
- Experience with parasitic modeling.
- Knowledge of verification processes with modeling and simulation.
