About the role
This role implements a quality assurance program to ensure quality production of products consistent with established standards. The position interacts at multiple levels with customers, Entegris, and supplier organizations.
What you'll do
- Technically respond to customers with understanding of supported products, including standard data analysis.
- Drive 8D investigation and root cause strategies.
- Participate in Problem Solving, Change Management, Customer’s Document reviewing, and VOC for NPI process managing.
- Provide support for documentation expectations such as business process documents, item tracking, performance reporting, and continuous improvement project management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across a vast range of products, regions, and companies.
What you'll need
- Bachelor or above of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electric/Electronic Engineering, or related technical field.
- Experience in an engineering role in quality, process, equipment, or materials within the semiconductor industry, specifically with PVD/CVD, CMP, Photo, Etch, Implant, BCD, and Liquid/Air/Gas Filtration & Purification.
- Experience managing issues and projects between internal stakeholders and customers, including escalation management and project management.
- Experience with quality tools such as pareto, FMEA’s, SPC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, design of experiments, cause and effect diagrams, and 8D problem solving methodology.
- Ability to communicate verbally in English and Mandarin.
- Flexibility to travel 10% to 50% domestic and international.
Nice to have
- Experience working from home and remotely collaborating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers in virtual meetings.
- Experience with working and communicating between North America based manufacturing facilities and Asia based support teams and customers.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel/vlookup, Word, Power point, and Project) and Statistic software (JMP or Minitab).
