About the role
This role involves the design, layout, and optimization of Analog circuits for Memory/Logic products.
What you'll do
- Contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with circuit design, layout, and optimization.
- Design, implement, and improve Complex Analog Power Management IPs such as Bandgap reference, Voltage/Current reference, Regulators, Charge-pumps, Comparators, and CMOS Amplifiers.
- Perform parasitic modeling and assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions.
- Oversee and manage the layout process, including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
- Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators.
- Collaborate with other groups to ensure accurate manufacturability of products and improve design quality.
