The Senior Electronic IC Design Engineer develops millimeter wave circuits for coherent applications. The focus is on architecting, designing, measuring, and productizing SiGe and silicon-based ICs operating at frequencies above 30GHz.
What you'll do
- Play a lead role in taking an IC from concept through to productization. - Perform architecture, schematic design, and layout for high frequency ICs. - Conduct hands-on laboratory characterization of high frequency ICs. - Manage projects, support customers, and work directly with test and application engineers.
What you'll need
- Experience architecting, designing, laying out, measuring, and productizing SiGe and silicon-based ICs. - Working familiarity and design experience with frequencies above 30GHz. - Demonstrated experience in schematic design, layout, and hands-on laboratory characterization of high frequency ICs. - Background managing projects and collaborating with test and application engineers.
