About the role
As a member of the SERDES Group, you will help develop layout designs. This role involves working on high speed SERDES blocks.
What you'll do
- Implement layout of blocks and macros.
- Own and deliver high-quality macros.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate with contractor teams to ensure work is done as per schedule.
- Enable release flows as required.
What you'll need
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in layout design.
- Experience with Cadence virtuoso.
- Experience with Caliber and other verification tools for layout development.
- Experience in high speed SERDES blocks.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

- Experience in high speed SERDES blocks.
