About the role
This role involves designing complex layouts of analog signal circuits and performing comprehensive design verification.
What you'll do
- Design complex layouts of analog signal circuits to specification.
- Run complete sets of design verification tools for process design rules, electron migration, voltage drop (IR), and ESD.
- Design and analyze floorplans, power grid, ESD, and bumps.
- Perform microfloor planning and detail signal planning of complex analog circuits.
- Develop and drive new analog layout methodologies to improve productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with analog circuit design, process technology, and package design teams.
What you'll need
- BE/B.Tech/M-Tech in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or VLSI Design.
- 6+ years of experience with VLSI design, circuit design, and custom/analog layout design.
- Experience with layout validation including DRCs, density, and antenna checks.
- Experience in RV, high voltage flows, and noise fixes.
- Work experience in Charge pump, LDO, VDC, ADC, or similar AMS layouts.
- Experience with EDA tool Virtuoso XL.
