About the role
This role leads a team of engineers in designing and verifying complex analog and mixed-signal IPs for automotive microcontrollers.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of analog and mixed-signal design engineers.
- Provide technical vision for automotive converter and precision analog solutions.
- Define and execute the strategic IP Roadmap with cross-functional teams.
- Lead the design and delivery of high-quality analog and mixed-signal IPs for automotive microcontrollers.
- Manage the team, including people management tasks.
What you'll need
- Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in analog design with a strong focus on IP development.
- Understanding of analog design flows and tools (e.g., Cadence, Mentor).
- Strong understanding of IP-level verification environments and methodologies.
- Experience working within an SoC architecture.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of design engineers.
- Fluent English.
