About the role
The Security Manager is responsible for architecting a resilient, technology-driven security ecosystem for the site, focusing on digital transformation, intelligence-led risk management, and long-term site resilience.
What you'll do
- Utilize advanced analytics and KPIs to deliver data-driven intelligence for site security operations.
- Drive the long-term technological roadmap by leveraging the Genetec platform and integrating technologies like AI-enhanced surveillance, IoT-integrated access control, and automated monitoring.
- Lead vulnerability assessments and develop long-term mitigation strategies for physical security threats.
- Serve as the strategic lead during security incidents, coordinating responses with corporate, local government, and emergency services.
- Integrate security protocols into the manufacturing workflow to ensure business continuity.
- Execute Key Personnel Protection (KPP) and high-value asset movement protocols.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in security management, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of security management experience in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
- Proficiency in enterprise security platforms (Lenel & Genetec).
- Experience in leveraging data to drive decision-making and operational cost optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through technological change and manage security operations.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications (CPP, PSP).
- Experience in business continuity planning.
