About the role
The Sales Data Analyst Intern supports data, analytics, and AI initiatives within the Sales organization. This role involves improving data quality, supporting analytics solutions, and exploring AI capabilities using platforms such as Databricks.
What you'll do
- Monitor and enhance data quality and integrity across business systems and datasets.
- Assist with data analysis, validation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the development and evaluation of AI capabilities within Databricks, including chatbot and generative AI solutions.
- Assist with reporting, data modeling, and analytics projects that support business operations.
- Document processes, findings, and recommendations to support ongoing improvements.
What you'll need
- Current enrollment in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data analysis tools.
- Experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with cleaning data, data transformation, or validation.
- Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS.
