About the role
The Logistics Analyst manages administrative documentation, inventory tracking, and import/export logistics operations on-site in Woodlands, Singapore.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and operational reporting.
- Oversee stock and inventory management, including tracking, ordering, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle logistics operations, including import/export processes and related documentation.
- Support operational activities and assist in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Perform physical tasks including uncrating and crating equipment using nails, as well as occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 15 kg.
What you'll need
- Solid presentation skills and effective communication abilities in English.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve objectives.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including uncrating/crating equipment and occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 15 kg to shelves.
