RF Module Design Co-Op (Winter/Spring 2027)

About the role
This co-op role involves participating in the development of RF front-end modules alongside engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Work with experienced engineers to design and develop multi-chip modules.
- Design semi-lumped RF matching networks, integrated passive devices, and couplers.
- Run simulations using design tools such as Ansys HFSS and Keysight ADS.
- Participate and present in design reviews.
- Perform lab testing using standard RF test equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design or technical issues while collaborating with engineers and technicians.
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering (or related) MS or PhD program.
- Commitment to work onsite for 6 months (January - June 2027).
- Strong career interest in RF/microwave engineering and electromagnetics.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Nice to have
- Experience with Ansys HFSS and Keysight ADS.
- Hands-on experience in a lab using a network analyzer and other RF instruments.
- Knowledge of PA design.
