About the role
The RF Linearizer Design Intern will develop an integrated test platform for measuring and characterizing amplifier modules across center frequency, power, temperature, and signal waveforms. The role focuses on building a scalable test architecture to automate equipment control, manage high-volume data acquisition, and process results for engineering reviews.
What you'll do
- Develop an integrated test platform for measuring and characterizing amplifier modules across a multi-dimensional test space. - Build a scalable test architecture that automates equipment control and data acquisition. - Process, catalog, and present measurement results for engineering reviews. - Integrate microcontroller communication and control with automated test sequencing. - Apply high-speed ADC data acquisition and RF test methodology to evaluate device operation. - Implement data-processing and visualization techniques to handle high-volume measurement data.
What you'll need
- Background or coursework covering RF test methodology and amplifier characterization. - Experience or familiarity with high-speed ADC data acquisition. - Knowledge of microcontroller communication and control. - Familiarity with automated test sequencing and equipment control. - Understanding of data-processing and visualization techniques.
