About the role
This role is part of the Keysight Labs Organization focusing on high-frequency components for Keysight's instruments.
What you'll do
- Design high-frequency components and MMICs to enable performance in test instruments. - Document and present simulation, design, and measurement results. - Apply circuit design methodologies and process capabilities to help establish key specifications. - Work across multiple engineering teams to support product development schedules.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing an M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, enrolled as of September 2027, with thesis work or industry experience in mm-wave IC design. - Experience in mm-wave IC design in advanced semiconductor technologies. - Hands-on experience using ADS, Momentum, RFPro, EMPro, or equivalent EDA tools. - Understanding of semiconductor devices and high-frequency circuit design. - Experience with on-wafer probe calibration and measurements. - Knowledge in device modelling, thermal design, and IC package design.
