About the role

The Reliability & Test Technician is responsible for validation, test program support, and reliability testing of semiconductor timing products across package, test, and reliability stages. The role collaborates with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams and external vendors to execute hardware validation and stress testing on MEMS timing solutions.

What you'll do

- Execute reliability stress testing using ATE and handler systems as defined by product qualification requirements. - Perform data collection on product performance, yield, and reliability. - Manage engagement with reliability service vendors to ensure on-time execution of project qualification. - Support validation of test programs and validate products across package, test, and reliability stages. - Provide feedback and solutions for tester performance issues involving Teradyne ATE systems, Exatron handler systems, and Orpheus and Saunders test systems.

What you'll need

- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field. - Familiarity with reliability hardware design for BHAST and HTOL environments. - Understanding of lab safety compliance and industry standards for semiconductor reliability and qualification.

Nice to have

- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
