About the role
This role involves designing Keysight products and specifying components, developing products, components, processes, and systems using engineering concepts and research techniques.
What you'll do
- Design and develop Keysight products and specify their components.
- Define and develop general purpose measurement solutions to meet customer and market demands.
- Define system architecture and capture requirements for new measurement solutions.
- Participate in design verification testing and characterization of products.
- Solve complex design and development problems.
- Facilitate the transition of product design and enhancements to full production/delivery.
What you'll need
- Good knowledge in analog design for low-noise, high accuracy measurements.
- Deep understanding of ADC/DAC architectures and sampling theory.
- Experience in designing low-level signals, isolation, safety considerations, error budgeting, calibration, and metrology fundamentals.
- Good understanding of EMC standards, electrical safety regulations, and circuit techniques to achieve compliance.
- Proficiency with software tools such as LTspice, Simulink, Saber, Simplis, Matlab, FPGA simulation.
- Demonstrated ability to write accurate and concise technical documentation including bench evaluations and simulation results.
- Practical bench skills and confident user of lab equipment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with digital circuit design, DSP, microcontrollers, FPGA prototyping and Verilog programming.
