Join the team developing Bit Error Ratio Test (BERT) and Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG) solutions.

About the role

This role involves the design, implementation, and verification of high frequency and high-fidelity analog circuits for high-speed digital test and measurement systems. You will focus on developing and validating advanced analog circuit designs for BERT and AWG solutions.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop board level analog circuit solutions for BERT and AWG systems.
  • Implement, simulate, and verify analog circuits such as low phase noise clock synthesizers and high bandwidth, high fidelity amplifiers.
  • Contribute to architecture definition and translate system requirements into analog product specifications.
  • Integrate, bring-up, and de-bug analog circuit designs on hardware platforms.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and system engineers to ensure overall product performance and functionality.
  • Document design work, results, and technical learnings.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of analog design fundamentals (PLL, VCO, amplifiers).
  • Profound knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices.
  • Proficient with lab equipment and capturing complex measurements.
  • Knowledge of PCB Stackup’s and understanding of materials.
  • Strong de-bug and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • German language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of high-speed digital systems or communication interfaces (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes).
  • Familiarity with simulation tools and methodologies.
  • Interest in test and measurement applications.
  • English language skills.
