About the role
This role supports cross-functional product development programs from concept through production release. You will be coordinating activities across multiple functional teams within a semiconductor environment.
What you'll do
- Assist in planning and tracking program schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Test, and Quality teams.
- Maintain project plans and action item registers.
- Track risks, issues, and key dependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings and document action items.
- Prepare weekly program status reports and management presentations.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and phase-gate reviews.
- Escalate schedule, resource, or technical issues as appropriate.
What you'll need
- English proficiency, including the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and perform job responsibilities in a professional business environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of project or program management experience.
- Strong organizational and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project (or Jira).
