This role involves performing manual operations on wafer fabrication equipment and processing wafers to comply with specifications.
What you'll do
- Perform manual operations on wafer fabrication equipment.
- Work closely with the factory management team to prioritize job tasks.
- Handle chemicals, perform microscope inspections, and run precision equipment.
- Process wafers to comply with specifications and other requirements.
- Attend shift pass-down meetings and communicate daily activities.
- Read, comprehend, and follow required safety policies.
What you'll need
- High School diploma or GED.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral; ability to read, write and speak English.
- Solid fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift 10+ lbs.
- Ability to complete tasks requiring careful handling.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, gowning up in coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses and gloves.
Nice to have
- Clean room, semiconductor manufacturing, or technical manufacturing experience.
- Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Experience using a microscope.
- Superb attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
