About the role
This role involves performing manual operations and processing wafers on wafer fabrication equipment.
What you'll do
- Perform manual operations on wafer fabrication equipment.
- Handle chemicals, microscope inspections, and run precision equipment.
- Process wafers to comply with specifications.
- Attend shift pass-down meetings and communicate daily activities.
- Read, comprehend, and follow required safety policies.
- Update documentation on procedures.
What you'll need
- High School diploma or GED.
- Solid fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift 10+ lbs.
- Ability to complete tasks requiring careful handling while learning through on-the-job training.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, gowning up in coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses and gloves.
Nice to have
- Clean room, semiconductor manufacturing, or technical manufacturing experience.
- Experience using a microscope.
