About the role
This role involves leading the production control team within the Hillsboro Factory, ensuring efficient manufacturing operations.
What you'll do
- Direct the Production Control Team activities
- Execute weekly starts plan
- Manage Fab consumables, including inventory, cost control, and Purchase Order management
- Coordinate route changes with Engineering special requests for product handling
- Maintain Fab Test Wafer inventory
- Manage the loading of the Hillsboro Fab for customers and internal engineering experiments
- Maintain reporting for production cycle times across various technologies and own NPI cycle time
What you'll need
- BS/BA degree in Management/Business, Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 8 years experience in semiconductor/manufacturing production environment
- Minimum 2-5 years management experience in a semiconductor/manufacturing production environment
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows-based software
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Demonstrated skill and success in managing operations in a high-tech environment
