About the role
This role is for a Product Management Intern focused on supporting improvements to program deliverables and manufacturing processes to maximize assembly yield.
What you'll do
- Assist product management team to support improvement to program deliverables and/or manufacturing processes to maximize assembly yield.
- Transcribe existing standardized work and assist in generating undocumented standardized work into Qorvo format and upload to DocCenter.
- Support and/or lead continuous improvement projects, specifically associated with updates to PM work practices to implement AI functions where desired.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing BS, MS, or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency with project-management tools and reporting platforms, such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Databricks or similar tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with statistical analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Lean concepts.
- Knowledge of documentation such as ECOs and PCNs.
- Knowledge of project and product management.
- Detail oriented to ensure design and delivery of high yielding products.
