About the role

As a Product Engineer, you will work with advanced Integrated Circuits that address Automotive and Industrial markets.

What you'll do

  • Develop analog amplifiers, temperature sensors, sensor-based analog front ends, and application-specific signal processing.
  • Collaborate with Design, Applications, Test, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Reliability on new product development and production release.
  • Design bench evaluation PCBs and generate characterization programs for bench evaluations.
  • Perform evaluation, debug, and characterization of integrated circuits.
  • Work with failure analysis (FA) to determine root cause of reliability and qualification failures.
  • Work with process and package technology development to develop and qualify technologies for new product development.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Solid understanding of analog and digital circuits, their operation, and analysis.

Nice to have

  • Production test program and hardware development experience.
  • ATE experience on V93K or equivalent (J750, VLCT, LTX, iFlex).
  • Knowledge and expertise across DfT, ATE HW, ATE SW, Characterization, Quality & Reliability, Failure Analysis, & RTM.
  • Knowledge of digital and analog test methods, high speed interfaces, and RF analog.
  • Extensive knowledge of statistics and tools to analyze production test data (mBayse, SpotFire, TestWare, ParmDB).
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting in Java, C++, Python, PERL.
  • Revision control tools experience (Subversion, Bitbucket, Git).
  • Experience with integrated circuit and device failure analysis.
