About the role

This role involves product engineering for mmWave Radar sensor devices, targeting automotive and industrial markets. You will work with new and innovative DfT techniques for low cost test solutions on ATE platforms.

What you'll do

  • Develop new products including analog amplifiers, temperature sensors, and sensor-based analog front ends.
  • Collaborate with Design, Applications, Test, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Reliability teams for new product development.
  • Design bench evaluation PCBs and generate characterization programs.
  • Perform evaluation, debug, and characterization of integrated circuits to meet product requirements.
  • Work with failure analysis to determine root cause of reliability and qualification failures.
  • Address customer specific product quality, yield management, and cost reduction issues with global manufacturing facilities.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Solid understanding of analog and digital circuits.

Nice to have

  • Production test program and hardware development experience.
  • ATE experience on V93K or equivalent (J750, VLCT, LTX, iFlex).
  • Knowledge and expertise across DfT, ATE HW, ATE SW, Characterization, Quality & Reliability, Failure Analysis, & RTM.
  • Knowledge of digital and analog test methods, high speed interfaces, and RF analog.
  • Extensive knowledge of statistics and tools to analyze large amounts of production test data (mBayse, SpotFire, TestWare, ParmDB).
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting in Java, C++, Python, PERL.
  • Revision control tools experience (Subversion, Bitbucket, Git).
  • Experience with integrated circuit and device failure analysis.
  • Programming skills for automation of automated test equipment.
