This role involves working with BCD and Wide Bandgap technology such as GaN.
About the role
This role sustains current processes to achieve greater line, parametric, and die yields, and monitors process trends and product/test wafer data to maintain process quality.
What you'll do
- Respond to lot holds and disposition as required.
- Assist Process Engineering lead engineers with capacity, tool qualification, process improvement, and other projects.
- Maintain documentation and statistical process control charts.
- Optimize equipment availability by responding to qualification, inline measurement, and FabGuard events.
What you'll need
- Associate’s Degree in a technical field or directly applicable experience in a related functional area.
- Knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques.
- Experience and certification for one or more wafer processing tool sets.
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Technical writing and computer skills (MS Outlook and Excel).
Nice to have
- Experience as a specialist.
