About the role
As an LFAB Process Technician, you will perform tool walks, quals, que time monitoring, and process control monitoring within the wafer fabrication area.
What you'll do
- Perform tool walks, quals, and que time monitoring.
- Conduct process control monitoring.
- Run experiments for engineering in the wafer fabrication area.
- Monitor, audit, and make decisions to protect the production line and product quality.
- Push through new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
- Interface and communicate with engineering and manufacturing groups to ensure issues are resolved.
What you'll need
- High School diploma/GED.
- 18 years of age or older.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing semiconductor environment.
- Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including one weekend shift and holidays.
Nice to have
- Ability to identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to learn and understand process flow quickly.
- Organizational, teaming, and troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong collaborative skills in a team environment.
- Communication and presentation skills.
