About the role
This role involves driving New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing ramp, and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). The position focuses on advanced-node semiconductor products for high-performance optical DSP integrated circuits.
What you'll do
- Lead NPI activities from engineering builds through qualification and production release.
- Drive manufacturing ramp execution with foundry and OSAT partners, achieving yield, quality, and production targets.
- Support rapid scaling of production volumes to meet growing customer demand.
- Own product yield, quality, and performance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze manufacturing and test data to drive yield improvement and resolve product issues.
- Manage product changes, qualification activities, and manufacturing transfers while maintaining product quality and supply continuity.
