About the role
This role involves leading mixed-signal integrated circuit development with a focus on high-speed data converters in FinFET wafer technologies.
What you'll do
- Lead circuit development efforts, evaluate, and select circuit architectures.
- Design challenging transistor-level circuits.
- Prepare effective design documents and conduct design reviews.
- Guide layout, evaluation, and test engineering teams.
- Mentor other design engineers.
What you'll need
- M.S. or beyond in Electrical Engineering.
- 14+ years’ experience in CMOS design.
- Experience in high-speed data converter design, with architectures such as pipeline ADC, SAR ADC, or current-steering DAC.
- Understanding of circuits such as wide bandwidth amplifiers, comparators, switched capacitor circuits, precision voltage and current references, and LDOs.
- Experience in Cadence schematic capture and SPICE simulation tools.
- Experience with MATLAB as a behavioral modeling tool.
Nice to have
- Signal processing knowledge, particularly as it relates to calibration algorithms.
