About the role
This role involves high-speed analog design, including Automotive Ethernet and SerDes blocks, within the Ethernet PHY and switch Product development team.
What you'll do
- Design standard analog building blocks such as Bandgap references, current references, OPAMP, LDO, PGA, and CTLE for ultra-low noise performance in CMOS Finfet processes.
- Provide analog circuitry solutions for design challenges.
- Collaborate with system and digital teams on AFE interfaces and calibrations.
- Take ownership of analog design execution, performance, and reliability verification.
- Mentor junior designers on analog circuit design and concepts.
What you'll need
- 12 years of experience in high-speed analog design.
- Transistor level design knowledge and experience with Bandgap references, current references, OPAMP, LDO, receiver front-end blocks PGA, and CTLE in CMOS processes.
- Experience with CAD tools including Cadence Virtuoso and SPICE.
- Proficiency with analog circuit design EDA tools such as Cadence ADE.
- Knowledge of basic transistor models (CMOS).
- Experience with analog circuit characterization/validation, yield improvement, and ATE characterization.
- Knowledge of EMC/ESD concepts.
Nice to have
- Design experience in Ethernet/SerDes.
- Experience on Multi-gig ethernet.
