About the role
This role involves the definition, design, verification, and documentation of mixed signal circuits and/or products in the field of Power Management. You will contribute to delivering power and cost efficient solutions to mobile, compute, AR/VR, Auto and IOT products.
What you'll do
- Oversee the definition, design, verification, and documentation of mixed signal circuits and/or products in Power Management.
- Execute design and verification strategies for PMICs on assigned blocks under supervision.
- Run functionality checks on single blocks to ensure specification adherence.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and advances in Power Management.
- Participate in all aspects from system definition/specification to circuit design, simulation, and post silicon debug.
- Oversee layout and silicon evaluation.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience, OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience, OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Expertise in one or more of the following: power electronics (switch mode and linear), control theory, high accuracy data converters and analog front ends, high bandwidth linear amplifiers, very low power references, electro-migration and transistor reliability, behavioral modeling, UVI techniques.
- Experience with design tools such as Cadence ADE, MathWorks MATLAB, Verilog/VerilogAMS, System Verilog.
