About the role

This role involves supporting research and development engineers in patent mining and managing the patent application process.

What you'll do

• Work closely with R&D engineers for patent mining.
• Draft patent applications and assist inventors in filing timely and accurate disclosures.
• Conduct patent search and analysis, and perform industry trend researches.
• Provide support in internal and cross-department projects.
• Conduct intellectual property training to Engineering personnel.

What you'll need

• Bachelor degree or above in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering or related Science and Technology or Engineering.
• Good English communication ability with TOEIC score of 750 or above.
• At least 3 year related experience in Patent application and management.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with patent laws and practices in U.S., China and Taiwan.
